IVETA and the Futureland event are not-for-profit. We depend on participation fees and sponsors to cover our costs and create a valuable and interesting programme with excellent speakers, mastersclasses and training events.

We would be very open to sponsorship of various kinds. This could be a useful way for your organisation to extend your marketing reach and branding.

A minimum sponsorship of €100 will ensure that you are listed in the Conference booklet as a sponsor.

What You Can Sponsor

  • Venue hire
  • Accommodation and transport
  • Refreshments and/or food
  • Event materials
  • Tickets for participants
  • Prizes and awards

Also, you can place an advertisement in the A4 (210 x 297 mm) booklet. Rates are as follows:

  • 1/4 A4 page – €125
  • 1/2 A4 page – €250
  • Full A4 page – €500

Deadlines for Print

For merchandise and/or publications that need to be printed, we will require all artwork to be submitted and agreed by January 13, 2023.

Your logo or blurb will appear with the words “Sponsored by”. The IVETA logo will also appear on the item.
